Custom Creation Studios (“we”, “us”) makes personalized gifts and custom pieces to order. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, join the waitlist, create an account, check out, or send a custom request.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Order details: products, personalization text, proofs, and notes.
• Account credentials if you choose to register (stored as a password hash).
• Waitlist email if you ask to be notified at launch.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment, make and ship (or hold for pickup) your order, send proofs and status updates, and reply to custom requests. Waitlist emails are only used to tell you when the shop opens unless you ask for something else.

Sharing

We share data with the processors who run this shop: our database host, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for receipts. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as needed for production, taxes, and support. You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal data that is not required for a completed order by emailing us. Session cookies are essential to stay signed in; we do not use advertising cookies today.
