By placing an order or submitting a custom request you agree to these terms. We make personalized pieces in our studio. Colors, grain, and finish can vary slightly from a digital proof — that is part of handmade work.

Orders and proofs

Shop prices are starting prices; options may change the total. The amount charged is calculated on our server and confirmed at Stripe Checkout. We send a digital proof before production on custom work. If we do not hear back on a proof within 7 days we may pause the job.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use names, logos, photos, and text you send us. We will not use your private artwork in our marketing without asking.

Lead times

Turnaround on the product page starts after proof approval, not at checkout. Event dates you list in notes are requests, not guarantees, unless we confirm them in writing.

Limitation

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our studio operates.
