You choose studio pickup or shipping at checkout. Shipping address is collected by Stripe when you pay. Pickup orders are held until you collect them.

When the clock starts

Lead times on product pages begin after you approve the digital proof, not when you pay. If you give us an event date we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. The shipping charge shown at checkout is a flat studio rate unless we agree something else for a large or fragile piece. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address.

Pickup

We will email you when the order is ready. Please bring your order code. Unclaimed pickup orders may be billed for storage or treated as abandoned after 30 days.
